Eligibility Requirements For Those Applying After Dec. 2018
Beginning in 2014, the Board of Directors and task forces initiated a review and update of the Standards for Initial Certification for the Certified in Clinical Anaplastology (CCA) program. The revised Standards included clarification and expansion of the original eligibility criteria as well as significant changes that would impact candidates considering certification through the BCCA. The revised Standards for Initial CCA certification was were opened for membership comment during the second quarter of 2015. The BCCA Standards for Initial Certification were revised and approved in August 2015 for a January 2016 implementation.
Applications for the CCA may be submitted to the BCCA under the original eligibility criteria (pre-2016) through December 2018​
