Julie Jordan Brown, MAMS, CCA

Julie Jordan Brown created a private practice dedicated to clinical anaplastology with offices in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin in 1988—the first practice of its kind in the state. Medical Art Resources, Inc. has earned an international reputation for excellence in prosthetic design and patient service.

As a certified clinical anaplastologist, Julie regularly partners with surgeons, therapists, ocularists, dental specialists and limb prosthetists to provide the best possible prosthetic restoration with careful attention to every detail for every patient. Julie regularly speaks at national and international conferences − winning awards for excellence.

Julie earned her masters degree in Biomedical Visualization from University of Illinois at Chicago−pioneering the master’s specialty track in anaplastology.

She published her master’s thesis entitled "Evaluation of a Method of 'Aging' the Human Face for Personal Identification," which was developed into a computer age-progression program used by the Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She has contributed to texts including Mohs Micrographic Surgery.

Julie is part of the editorial board for the International Journal of Anaplastology and served as president of the American Anaplastology Association.
